BSTRACT
Andika, Empowerment, Self Efficacy, and Career Development on Employee Performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Region of South Sulawesi, North, and West - Makassar. (Guided by Prof. Dr. H. Syamsul Ridjal, M. Si., and H. Nasruddin Amin, S. T., M. M. (Alm))
This study aims to examine the effect of empowerment, self efficacy, and career development on employee performance. This research uses quantitative and quantitative analysis. Population in this research is all employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Region Sulselrabar Makassar, and sample of 63 respondents by using Slovin formula, data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of this study indicate that simultaneously empowerment, self efficacy, and career development have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Region Sulselrabar Makassar, while partially for the variable of empowerment have positive and significant effect to employee performance, for self efficacy variable have positive and significant effect to employee performance, and for career development variable have positive and significant impact to employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Region Sulselrabar Makassar.
