ABSTRACT
ACHMAD ABURIZAL AMIN (2017). Effect of Organizational Culture and Awards
on Employee Performance at PT. Pelindo IV Makassar (supervised by Muh.
Jusuf Radja and Hasbiyadi).
This study aims to determine whether organizational culture and respect for
employee performance at PT. Pelindo Makassar. The population in this study
were 164 employees of PT. Pelindo IV Makassar, while 100 respondents were
taken. Data collection uses primary data obtained from questionnaires using
simple random sampling technique. The results of the questionnaire have been
tested for validity and reliability, also tested the classical assumptions in the form
of normality assumptions and assumptions of heteroscedasticity. The method of
data analysis uses multiple linear regression techniques.
The results showed that the proposed hypothesis was accepted because it
showed positive and significant hypothesis test results. This means that
organizational culture and rewards have a positive and significant effect on
employee performance.
