This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of work ethics and work discipline partially on the performance of employees in PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TELKOM) Witel Makassar and to know the dominant variable on employee performance in PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TELKOM) Witel Makassar. Data collection using primary data obtained from questionnaires using Slovin formula and sampling technique is simple random sampling. Its population is all permanent employees at PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TELKOM) Witel Makassar number of 156 employees, while the sample taken amounted to 61 respondents. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability, also tested the classical assumption of assumption of normality and assumption of heteroskedastisitas. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression techniques. The result of the research shows that the first and second hypothesis is accepted because it shows the result of positive and significant hypothesis test. This means that work ethic and work discipline have positive and partially significant effect on Employee Performance in PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TELKOM) Witel Makassar. In the third hypothesis is accepted because it shows that work ethic has an effect on the dominant performance of employees at PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TELKOM) Witel Makassar.
