This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and communication on employee performance both partially and jointly. This study uses multiple regression test analysis with saturated samples as many as 63 of the entire population, namely employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk. Makassar branch, which is in charge of the Consumer and Retail Loan Center (LNC) division. Data analysis method uses descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple regression, t test, f test and coefficient of determination (R2).
The results of this study indicate that leadership (X1) and communication (X2) have a positive and significant influence both partially and jointly on the performance of employees (Y) of the Consumer and Retail Loan Center (LNC) division at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Makassar Branch. In the analysis of multiple regression coefficients of leadership and communication has a positive coefficient value which means that the better the leadership and communication, the better the performance.
