ABSTRACT DESY NATALIA M (2017). Influence of Good Corporate Governance and Leverage to Financial Performance through Capital Structure as intervening variable at manufacturing company listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia. (Yana Fajriah and Masnama Tadjo). The study aims to find out whether Good Corporate Governance and Leverage to Financial Performance through Capital Structure as an intervening variable on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collection using secondary data obtained from annual financial report by using purposive sampling technique. The population is all textile and garment industry companies during the period of 2013-2015 as many as 14 companies, while the samples taken amounted to 12 companies. The results have tested the classical assumption of assumption of normality and assumption of multicolinearity. Method of data analysis using path analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership (KM) does have a positive and not significant influence on the company's financial performance (ROA), Leverage (DR) has a positive and significant influence on the company's financial performance (ROA), capital structure (DER) is not able to mediate ownership managerial (KM) on financial performance (ROA), and Capital Structure (DER) able to mediate leverage (DR) on financial performance (ROA).
