Sulistiawati (2017). The Influence of Incentives And Allowance To Employee Satisfaction At The Office Of Manpower Of Makassar City (guided by Muklis Kanto and Bustam).
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of incentives and allowances partially on Job Satisfaction Employees at the Office of Manpower Office of Makassar and to determine the dominant variable affect the employment satisfaction of employees at the Office of Manpower Office of Makassar. Data collection used primary data obtained from questionnaires using Slovin samples. Its population is all Employees At the Office of Manpower of Makassar City a number of 68 employees, while samples taken amounted to 58 respondents. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability, also tested the classical assumption of assumption of normality, assumption Heteroskedastisitas and assumption Multikolinearitas. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression techniques. The result of the research shows that the first and second hypothesis is accepted because it shows the result of positive and significant hypothesis, it means that the incentive and allowance have positive and partially significant effect to the Employee Satisfaction at the Manpower Office of Makassar City and the third hypothesis is accepted because it shows the allowance variable dominantly affect employee job satisfaction At the Office of Manpower Office of Makassar.
