This study was conducted to investigate the structural relationship between Local Wisdom, CompetencySyariah and human capital on Competitive strategy and Bank Syariah Industry, as well as to discover theattributes of Local Wisdoms that have the greatest role in creating Competitive strategy and establish BankSyariah Industry. Various empirical studies outline that Competency Syariah and human capital are the twoconstructs are related. Competitive strategy and Bank Syariah Industry is also influenced by CompetencySyariah and human capital also local wisdom. The result of this study is shown that Local Wisdom,Competency Syariah and human capital on Competitive strategy and Bank Syariah Industry have significantrelationship.
