ABSTRACT
This study aims to measure the influence of human resource competencies and the application of the village financial system to the performance of village financial management in village governments in the District of Adonara, East Flores Regency. The population in this study were village government officials, namely the village head, village secretary and village treasurer in 13 villages totaling 39 people. The sampling technique uses randomized samples. The method of data collection uses a questionnaire technique distributed to 39 respondents. The study used Multiple Regression Analysis. The results showed that the competence of human resources had an insignificant effect on the performance of village financial management, while the application of the village financial system had a significant effect on the performance of village financial management.
