ABSTRACT
RESKI PADILLA (2017). The Importance of Participation of The budget and
Motivation to Work The Performance of The Apparatus on The Government
Gowa Regency. Guided by Mr. Rahman Pura dan Mrs. Sitti Mispa.
This study aimed to examine the influence of internal control the
participation of the budget and work motivation on the performance of the
apparatus government Gowa regency . This study was conducted at SKPD of
Gowa Regency. The population in this study is the structural worked in the SKPD
Gowa Regency (24 government agencies). The sampling method used in this
study is Nonprababilty Sampling Method.The respondent in this study is the
KASUBAG of finance or the head of division SKPD. The sampleused in this study
were 48 respondents. The method of analysis used is multiple linear regression.
The result of this study indicated tha the influence of the participation of the
budget and motivation has effect on The Performance of Apparatus at regency
Government

ABSTRAK
RESKI PADDILLA (2017). Pengaruh Partisipasi Penyusunan Anggaran dan
Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Aparatur pada Dinas Pemerintah Kabupaten
Gowa, dibimbing oleh Bapak Rahman Pura dan Ibu Sitti Mispa.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Partisipasi
Penyusunan Anggaran dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja
Aparatur pada Dinas Pemerintah. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada SKPD Kabupaten
Gowa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pejabat struktural yang bekerja di
Dinas Kabupaten Gowa (24 Dinas). Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan
adalah Nonprababilty sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala
Bagian Keuangan, Kepala Sub Bagian Keuangan. Sampel yang digunakan
sebanyak 48 orang. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear
berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Partisipasi Penyusunan
Anggaran dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja
Aparatur pada Dinas Pemerintah Daerah.
