Abstrack : RIYALDI (2017). The Influence of the Development Program on the Quality of Employee Work at PT. BANK SULSELBAR SYARIAH BRANCH MAKASSAR (supervised by Supervisor I Mrs. Sitti Masyita and Supervisor II Mr. Didit Fachri rifai).
This study aims to determine whether the development program has an efekct on the qualitiy of work of emploes at PT. BANK SULSELBAR MAKASSAR SHARIA BRANCH. Collecting data using primary data obtained from questionnaires. The population is all employees at PT. BANK SULSELB4R SYARIAH BRANCH MAKASSAR as many as 30 employees while the sample taken using the census method as many as 30 employees. The reallts of the questionnaire have been tasted for validiaty and reliabisality, and classical asmptions have been tested in the form of normality assumptions, multiconlinerity asmptions and heteroscedasticity asumpptions. Methods of data analysis using simple linear regression analysis techniques.
The results showed that the development program had a positive and significant effect on the quality of work of employees at PT. BANK SULSELBAR MAKASSAR SHARIA BRANCH
