Riska Bahar, 2021. Effect of Profitability Level and Cash Turnover on Inventory Turnover in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Supervisor I Mr. Eli Hasmin and Supervisor II Mrs. Bungatang.
The purpose of this study were 1) To determine and analyze the effect of the level of profitability on inventory turnover, 2) To determine and analyze the effect of cash turnover on inventory turnover. The samples obtained were 13 companies with a time span of 2017 and 2019.
In accordance with the above objectives, in this study two hypotheses were formulated. The first hypothesis, partially (individually) has a significant effect on the level of profitability on inventory turnover. The second hypothesis, partially (individually) has a significant effect of cash turnover on inventory turnover, this research was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis method.
The results of this study are 1) Profitability level has an effect on Inventory Turnover, 2) Cash Turnover has an effect on Inventory Turnover. Suggestions for further research, it is better to increase the sample and expand the scope of the study, considering other variables that are still closely related to the variables in this study.
