Abstract
This study aims to test the effect of earnings per share and dividend per share on the share price (closing price) of food and beverage sector companies listed on the indonesia stock excange, using purposive sampling techniques. The population in this study is all food and beverage sector companies listed on the indonesia Stock Exchange namely as many as24 issuers, while the sample taken as many as 10 issuers as a sample (14 companies that do not meet the standards, and the data is considered unusable). The results of this study have been tested using classic assumptions in the from of assumptions of normality, autocorrelation, multicolonility, and heterokedastisity, the analysis tool used is a double linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS V. 21

The results show that EPScontribute significantly negatively and dividends per share contribute significantly to the share price (closing price).
