The objective of this study is to examine the influence of information technology and intenral control systems on the effectivennes of accounting information systems in PT. Pegadaian Maros. The population in this study was 30 permanent employess. The sample consists of 30 respondents. Data collection methods using primary data from questionnaire distribution. The analysis technique used in this study is the multiple regression analysis technique.
The result showed that information technology had a positive and significant influence on the effectiviness of accounting information systems, that the internal control system did not have a significant influence on the effectivienees off accounting systems and that accounting information tecnology information and internal control systems simultanesously had a positife influence, on the effectiviness of accounting information systems.
