ABSTRACT

NUR RESKI AMELIA R. (2021). Effect of Credit Risk and OperationaI Efficiency on Bank Performance (Pt. Bank Sulselbar 2013-2020). (Supervised by Drs. Arifin Idrus, B.Ac., M.M and Abd Mansyur Mus, S.E., MM).
The purpose of this research is to see if Credit Risk and operational efficiency have an impact on PT. Sulselbar Bank's performance. Secondary data from Pt. Sulselbar Bank's Financial Data is used to collect data. The population is Pt. Sulselbar Bank's financial statements from 2013 to 2020, and the sample is Quarterly Data for eight (8) years. As a result of multiplying four (4) months by eight (8) years, the total quantity of data acquired is 32. The study's findings were put to the test using standard assumptions such as normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. Multiple regression algorithms are used in the data analysis procedure.
The resuIts showed that the credit risk hypothesis test had no effect on the Bank's Financial Performance, while Operational Efficiency had a negative and significant effect on the Bank's Financial Performance.
