ABSTRACT
ANDI ANGGINI RISKY AR (2021). The influence of Financial Technology on the business development of MSMEs through consumer satisfaction intervening variables. (Guidance: Mrs. Yana Fajriah and Mr. Andi Dahrul).
The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of Financial Technology on the Development of MSME Business through consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable.
The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, with the help of SPSS version 23. The number of samples of observation periods conducted is 100 (one hundred) in the Cooperative And MSME Office of Makassar City.
The results of this study show that the application of financial technology has a significant positive effect on the business development of MSMEs registered with the Cooperative Office and MSMEs of Makassar City..
