ABSTRACT

HENI WAHYUNI (2019). "The Effect of Ownership Structure and Funding
Decisions on Company Value in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia
Stock Exchange" (guided by H. A. Mansyur Tanra and H. Abd Rajab)
This study aims to determine the influence of variable ownership structure
and funding decisions on company value in food and beverage subsector
manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-
2021 period. This data collection uses Secondary data obtained from the financial
statements of food and beverage subsector manufacturing companies whose
shares are listed on the IDX. The population is 32 food and beverage subsector
manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2020-2021 period. With a
sample of 23 companies selected using purposive sampling techniques.
Quantitative results of classical assumption tests in the form of Normality,
Multicolonierity, and Heteroskedasticity tests. This analysis method uses the
Multiple Linear regression technique. With hypothesis testing, namely the
coefficient of determination test, and t test
The results of the study partially showed that the Ownership Structure and
Funding Decisions had no effect on the value of the company.
