ABSTRACT

NURHALISA (2023) The Influence of Leadership and Task Demands on Study
Performance in Employees of Baraka District, Enrekang Regency (supervised by
Mr. Abdi Akbar Idris and Mr. Abd. Mansyur Mus).
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of
leadership and task demands on performance. This study used a quantitative
method with the data source used was primary data for distributing
questionnaires in the Baraka sub-district office. The population is 35 people
including permanent employees and honorary employees. The data analysis
used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS
Ver.23 application program which is preceded by a classic assumption test
consisting of a normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, and
heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis testing is done by t test, f test, and R^2
determination.
The results of the study show that leadership and task demands partially have a
positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Baraka sub-district
office, Enrekang district.
