ABSTRACT
Asmi Desi Rianti, 2013 10 325, The Influence Of Integrity Of State Performance Of The State Civil Apparatus On The Housing Service, Settlement And Land Area Of South Sulawesi Province. (Guided By Eli Hasmin And Patta Rapanna).
The main problem in this research is whether Integrity Affects Against the Performance of State Civil Apparatus. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Integrity Against State Civil Apparatus Performance On the Department of Housing, Settlement, and Land Affairs of South Sulawesi Province. And to know the Significant Influence Significant Against the Performance of Civil State Apparatus On the Department of Housing, Settlement Area, And Land of Sulawesi Province Selatan.
The population in this study are employees who work in the Office of Housing, Settlement Area, and Land of South Sulawesi Province. Sampling using simple random sampling formula with the number of 68 respondents. The retrieval method uses the primary data obtained from the questionnaire distribution. Data analysis technique used in this research is technical Simple Regression Analysis.
The purpose is then used Descriptive method, statistical methods with the help of computerized systems (Computer Program SPSS version 20)
Based on the results of the analysis of the Influence of Integrity on the Performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Department of Housing, Settlement and Land Region of South Sulawesi Province turns Positive and Significant on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus.

Asmi Desi Rianti, 2013 10 325, Pengaruh Integritas Terhadapa Kinerja Pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara Pada Dinas Perumahan, Kawasan Permukiman Dan Pertanahan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. (Dibimbing Oleh Eli Hasmin Dan Patta Rapanna).
Masalah pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah Integritas berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Integritas Terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Pada Dinas Perumahan, Kawasan Permukiman, Dan Pertanahan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Dan untuk mengetahui Integritas berpengaruh Signifikan terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Pada Dinas Perumahan, Kawasan Permukiman, Dan Pertanahan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai yang bekerja di Dinas Perumahan, Kawasan Permukiman, Dan Pertanahan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Rumus simple random sampling dengan jumlah 68 responden . Metode pengambilan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknis Analisis Regresi Sederhana.
Tujuan tersebut maka digunakan metode Deskriptif, Metode statistik dengan bantuan sistem komputerisasi (Program Komputer SPSS versi 20)
Berdasarkan hasil analisis mengenai Pengaruh Integritas Terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Dinas Perumahan, Kawasan Permukiman Dan Pertanahan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan ternyata berpengaruh Positif dan Siginifikan terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara.
