ABSTRACT
WIRA CATUR WULANDARI, Effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio Against The Distribution of Credit at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk. KC Makassar Kartini (Guided by Badaruddin Madjang and St. Aisyah)
This study aims to examine and determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio on Credit Distribution at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk. KC Makassar Kartini.
Collecting data using secondary data obtained directly from PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk. KC Makassar Kartini using purposive sampling technique. The population is the financial statements of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk. KC Makassar Kartini 2014-2016 period, while the sample is 36 months which is seen from the number of years of observation. The results of the financial statements have been tested with the classic assumption in the form of nominal assumptions and heteroscedasticity assumptions. Data analysis method uses simple regression techniques.
The results of the study show that the proposed hypothesis is rejected because it shows the results of a negative and significant hypothesis test. This means that Capital Adequacy Ratio has a negative and significant effect on the distribution of credit.
