ABSTRACT
ISMITASARI (2017). The influence of Asset Growth and The Interest Rate of Bank Indonesia Certificates (SBI) on Dividend Policy of manufacturing companies sector industry foundation and chemistry listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during . (guided by Hj. Salma Abdullah and A. Muh. Syahrum). This study aims to determine whether the asset growth and the interest rate of bank Indonesia certificates (SBI) affect the dividend policy of manufacturing companies sector industry foundation and chemistry listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.
Data collection using secondary data in the form of company financial statement data obtained from the website of Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id) and website of bank indonesia (www.bi.go.id) by using saturated purposive sampling. The population is a company incorporated in manufacturing companies sector industry foundation and chemistry in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2013-2015 is a number of 66 companies and not all the population is sampled. So the number of samples in this study amounted to 10 financial statements of the company during three years (30 sample). The results of these data have been tested classical assumptions in the assumption of normality, multicolonierity and heteroscedasticity. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 20 software. The results of this study indicate that the asset growth has a negative and insignificant effect on the dividend policy, and interest rate of Bank Indonesia Certificates (SBI) has a negative and insignificant effect on the dividend policy.
