ABSTRACT

Heriyal Qadri (2018). Factor Analysis - Factors that influence employee work
motivation at the TPI Makassar Class I Immigration Office (supervised by Dr.
Hasbiyadi, S.E, .M.M, and Orfyani S.Themba, S.E, .M.Si)
This research aims to test and analyze the factors that influence employee
work motivation at the TPI Makassar Class I Immigration Office. Data collection uses
primary data obtained from questionnaires using simple random sampling techniques.
The population was 125 employees, while the sample taken was 56 respondents. The
results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability, and classical
assumptions in the form of normality assumptions and heteroscedasticity assumptions
have also been tested. The data analysis method uses multiple regression techniques.
The results of the research show that there is a good partial influence for
variable X on variable Y and the results of hypothesis testing show positive and
significant results. This means that work environment factors, work rewards and work
incentives have a positive and significant effect on work motivation at the TPI
Makassar Class I Immigration Office.
