ABSTRAK
MUHAMMAD NUR FAJRI (2018). The Effect of Quality of Banking Services on
Customer Satisfaction at PT. Bank Sulselbar Branch Gowa (Guided by Mr.
AlimuddinHadjiand Mrs.NikenProbondaniAstuti)
This research aims to see whether the influence of the quality of banking services
to customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Sulselbar Branch Gowa. The use of data
using primary data obtained from the questionnaire by using simple random
sampling technique. The population is all SIMPEDA savings customers, while the
sample is 99 respondents. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for
data normality. Methods of data analysis using a simple linear regression
technique.
The results showed that the hypothesis proposed as a result of the hypothesis is
positive and significant. This means that the quality of service is positive and
significant to customer satisfaction
