ABSTRACT
WAYAN SRI WIJAYANTI (2017). Influence of Individual Characteristics and Utilization of Information Technology on Employee Performance at KPP Pratama Makassar Utara (guided by Herman Sjahruddin and Nurlaely Razak).
This study aims to examine the influence of individual characteristics and utilization of information technology on employee performance at KPP Pratama Makassar Utara. Data collection using primary data obtained from questionnaires using proportionated random sampling technique. The population is all permanent employees of KPP Pratama Makassar Utara number 112 employees, while the samples taken amounted to 88 respondents. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for its validity and reliability. Data analysis method using SEM technique(Structural equation modeling) assisted by WaphPLSVer.5.0) .
The results of this study indicate that the hypothesis of individual characteristics is accepted because it shows the results of positive and significant hypothesis test. This means that the effect of positive and significant individual characteristics on employee performance. While the results of research on the utilization of information technology shows that the hypothesis rejected because it shows the results of a positive and insignificant hypothesis. This means that the effect of the use of positive and insignificant information technology on the performance of employees.
